1. Bookings and Confirmation

Bookings can be made over the phone or via our website. All training courses must be paid for in full before attending and at least seven days in advance. By enrolling in a course you accept the conditions of enrolment. We are not obligated to remind you of your training dates thereafter. We provide a booking confirmation email outlining: dates, attendee’s names, location, times etc.

2. Payment

Payment must be made at least seven days prior to your training date. Your place is guaranteed once payment has been received. All training must be completed within twelve months of your payment date. Training cannot be redeemed after twelve months from your payment date. No refunds or credits will be provided by Short and Suite twelve months after your payment date.
Payment can be made by one of the following methods:
•EFT: use the bank account details on your invoice
•Credit card: payment can be made over the phone by calling Short & Suite on 1300 917 227

3. Course Transfers

There is no charge for transferring your booking to an alternative date provided you notify Short & Suite in writing up to seven days before your training date and if there is availability. However, a transfer fee of 20% of the course fee (+gst) will be payable if the notice is received less than 7 days before the start of the original course. No refund will be made in the event of a transfer. No more than one transfer will be allowed.

4. Cancellation

If you notify Short & Suite in writing (via letter or email) at least seven days before your training date, you will receive a full refund less an administration fee of 20% (+gst) of the training fee. If you withdraw for whatever reason within the seven day period, the full fee will remain payable even if you are unable to nominate a substitute attendee. Substitutions should be received by Short & Suite at least 48 hours prior to the training date.

5. Non-attendance

If you fail to attend the course on which you are booked without giving prior notice to Short & Suite (as per our cancellation and transfer terms above), we will be unable to refund the course fees.

6. Cancellation by Short & Suite

Where circumstances dictate, Short & Suite reserves the right to alter published courses, trainers, fees or venues without prior notice. In the event of a course being cancelled, a refund of the course fee will be made but no compensation will be paid for any additional costs incurred.

7. Short and Suite Training – Solicitation

We ask you not to approach, or make any offer of employment directly to any Trainer or Consultant provided by Short and Suite Adobe Training and will not permit or suffer its Trainer or Consultant to make any such approach or offer of employment for works during the term of any contract, and for a 12 month period thereafter. In the event that any Trainer or consultant provided by Short and Suite Adobe Training works for you or your organisation and receives payment of moneys from it, a fixed introduction fee of A$20,000 (Australian Twenty Thousand Dollars) will be charged by Short and Suite Adobe Training to you or your organisation and is payable within 21 days from the date of the letter of demand sent by Short and Suite Adobe Training to you or your organisation.

8. Dress code

There is no dress code; however, most participants choose to wear smart casual clothing. Due to variable temperatures of air conditioned rooms, layers are advised.

9. Post Training Support

We offer post training support by email should you require. Short and Suite Adobe Training will endeavor to respond within 24 hours. Support is only supplied if it relates to the training undertaken during the course and is valid for 6 months post your training.
